Is consultation or treatment by appointment only?

Yes, our clinic is appointment-based. Please book in advance via our online reservation form or by phone. Walk-ins may not be accepted.

Do you have parking?

No dedicated parking. Please use nearby coin-operated lots or public transport, as the clinic is directly connected to Kyoto Station.

Are cancellation fees charged?

Insurance treatments: No cancellation fee.
Aesthetic treatments: Please contact us by 6 p.m. the day before. Cancellations after that or no-shows may incur fees.

What payment methods are available?

We accept cash and credit cards (conditions apply). For e-money, please inquire in advance about supported types.

Can men also receive treatment?

Yes, men are welcome. We provide services for male beauty and health concerns.

Can minors receive treatment?

Yes, with a guardian’s consent form. Depending on the procedure, a guardian’s presence may be required.

Can I receive treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

As a rule, aesthetic treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. However, some may be possible with a doctor’s judgment. Please consult us first.

Is laser treatment painful?

We use advanced devices to minimize pain, but sensitivity varies. Anesthetic cream can be applied if necessary.

Can I receive treatment on the same day as counseling?

It depends on the procedure and availability. Some may be done on the same day, others scheduled later.

Is it okay to come wearing makeup?

Yes. If removal is required, we provide cleansing and face wash. Makeup retouching is also possible in our powder room afterward.

Is there downtime after treatment?

Downtime such as redness or swelling varies by procedure. The doctor/staff will explain in detail beforehand.

Can I have counseling only?

Of course. Counseling does not obligate you to undergo treatment.
